Delicious Ferrero Rocher-like Protein Balls

On a hunt for a healthy snack that satisfies your sweet tooth while still being nourishing and delicious? Then these Ferrero Rocher-like Protein Balls will be the perfect chioce for you! These smooth and crunchy balls are a healthier alternative to my all time favorite, Ferrero Rocher. But, packed with protein and completely plant-based.

The Ingredients:
40g Gluten free oat flour
5g ground flax seeds
10g maple syrup
20g chocolate vegan protein ( I like to use this one, it creates amazing consistency + has great ingredients and flavour! Discount code: FITMINGOKRIS)
6g cocoa powder
80ml plant based milk (I like to use soya)
10g soya crispies (Linked here)
25g hazelnut butter (Linked here)
pinch of salt
For coating: 50g dark chocolate (Linked here) + 1 tsp coconut oil (Linked here)
+ additional soya crispies to roll each ball in
The Procedure:
Step 1. Prepare a big enough mixing bowl. Combine all of the ingredients together except the ingredients for coating.
Step 2. Roll similar sized balls, place them on a plate.
Step 3. Add some soy crispieina separate bowl, roll each ball in it and softly press them “into” the ball surface.
Step 4. Place back on a plate lined with baking paper.
Step 5. Transfer into your freezer for 5 minutes and meanwhile melt chocolate of your choice.
Step 6. Take them out of the freezer, cover in melted chocolate and place in the freezer for additional 10 minutes.
