Not only are they plant based, but they are also simple to prepare, making them the ideal choice for fulfilling your dessert desires.

What You'll Need:

Before we dive into the step-by-step process of creating these delectable Chocolate Oatmeal Cups, let's gather our ingredients. Here's what you'll need to have on hand:


  • GF Fine Oats : For that hearty oatmeal base.

  • Almond Butter & Hazelnut Butter: To add a nutty richness.

  • Coconut Sugar : For a touch of natural sweetness.

  • Cocoa Powder : The perfect ingredient for that chocolatey goodness.

  • Coconut Oil : To help bind everything together.

  • Plant Based Milk: To help it combine perfectly

  • Salt : To elevate all the flavors.

  • Dark Chocolate : Because, who doesn't love chocolate?

The ingredients:

(Makes about 6 small oatmeal cups)

For the base:
  • 40g GF fine oats

  • 25g vanilla vegan protein ( linked here / D/C: FITMINGOKRIS)

  • 1 BIG tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tsp melted coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 43g soy milk


Chocolate filling:
  • alpro chocolate pudding (125g)

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 1/2 tbsp hazelnut butter


The Procedure:

Step 1. Prepare a big mixing bowl.


Step 2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius


Step 3. Combine all ingredients for oatmeal base, press them into a silicone form by using your fingers & bake for about 10 minutes.


Step 4. Meanwhile, combine ingredients for chocolate filling and fill each CHILLED oatmeal cup, sprinkle with some granola, add fresh/frozen fruits and enjoy!
