Heavenly Peanut Butter Protein Yogurt Cups

There is nothing better than super creamy, peanut buttery snack, that's not only delicious, but also packed with protein! These Peanut Butter Protein Yogurt Cups are 100% going to satisfy your sweet cravings in the most delicious way! They are a perfect treat to keep in the freezer for those moments when your sweet tooth kicks in.

What will you need?
Ingredients:
200g greek style soy yogurt
20g chocolate protein powder (code: FITMINGOKRIS)
pinch of salt
40g smooth peanut butter
20g chopped salted peanuts
Chocolate shell:
• 80g 85% dark chocolate
• 1 tsp coconut oil
Step 1. Start with melting chocolate for chocolate shell. For this it’s important to use silicone muffin forms! So you can eventually easily take them out.
Step 2. Cover the whole inner part of the silicone muffin form with chocolate and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 3. Meanwhile, combine yogurt with protein powder and a pinch of salt. Mix until no lumps.
Step 4. Take the chocolate forms out of the freezer (don’t take them out of the forms just yet!) and fill about 3/4 with yogurt cream.
Step 5. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter & chopped peanuts to each form and place in the freezer for 1/2 hour.
Step 6. Cover with leftover melted chocolate, sprinkle with more peanuts and enjoy!!

Extra tips:
You can either leave them fully freeze and have them as a little ice creams.
Or, leave them in the freezer for 30 minutes max to have the creamy consistency like in the picture.
Feel free to customize your cups by adding crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of honey on top.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for a quick and satisfying snack anytime.
