210g medjool dates (pitted & soaked in hot water for 30 mins)
2 tbsp almond butter
1/3 tsp salt
100ml soya milk
Step 1. Begin by soaking the fresh dates in warm water for about 30 minutes. This step helps soften the dates and makes them easier to blend.
Step 2. Once the dates are softened, drain the water and add them to your food processor.
Step 3. To the dates, add almond butter, soya milk a splash of vanilla extract (optional), and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Step 4. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency. You may need to add a bit of water gradually to reach your desired texture.
