How To Prepare Your Protein Overnight Tiramisu Quinoa Jar

The Ingredients:
  • 50g quinoa flakes

  • 30g vanilla vegan protein powder (Linking mine here)

  • 1 espresso shot

  • 120g soy milk

  • pinch of salt


+

  • 40g of soy greek style yogurt for layers

  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder for dusting

  • fresh strawberrries for decorating


Step 1. Simply combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl (except yogurt, cocoa powder and strawberries)


Step 2. Let it thicken for approximately 10 minutes on a side.


Step 3. Layer into a glass jar together with yogurt.


Step 4. Finish dusting with cocoa powder & add sliced strawberry.


Step 5. Place in the fridge overnight or consume immediately.
