  • 1 clove of garlic

  • salt & black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp romaine cumin

  • 20g tahini

  • 40g silken tofu


The Procedure:

Step 1. Prepare a food processor or a blender.


Step 2. Chop beetroot into similar sized small pieces, transfer into a high speed food processor or a blender and blend until extra smooth.


Step 3. Add in rinsed & drained chickpeas, garlic, salt and pepper, cumin, tahini paste and silken tofu. Blend until smooth again.


Serving tip: Serve sprinkled with vegan feta cheese / pumpkin seeds / roasted pecans.
