Strawberry part:
45g frozen banana
140g frozen strawberries
40g plant based greek style yogurt
30g vanilla protein powder (code:FITMINGOKRIS)
70g ice
60g almond milk
Matcha part:
45g of frozen banana
1 tsp of ceremonial matcha
30g ice
50g almond milk
Extra tip: I like to add mashed strawberries to the bottom! So yum and pretty.
Instructions:
Prepare Your Ingredients : Gather all the necessary ingredients and have them ready on your kitchen counter. Make sure your strawberries are washed and hulled, your banana is peeled, frozen and broken into chunks, and your matcha powder and protein powder are within reach.
Blend The Strawberry & Matcha Part Separetyl : In a high-speed blender, I love using Nutribullet as it's so convenient and very easy to clean! Plus creates the best creamy texture. Combine the strawberries, banana, protein powder, greek yogurt, ice and almond milk. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour in a glass.
Now the Matcha Part!: Quickly rinse the blender and blend: banana, matcha, ice & almond milk until smooth. Pour in the glass over the strawberry smoothie part.
Adjust the Consistency : Depending on your preference, you can add more almond milk if you want a thinner consistency or less for a thicker smoothie. If you like your smoothie on the sweeter side, feel free to drizzle in some honey or maple syrup and blend again.
