Smoothies are one of my favorite way to get some extra protein & nutrients in. It's just so easy to make, can have it on the go and it's delicious each and every time. This supergreen thick protein smoothie is surely one of my favorites. It's loaded with so many good ingredients, that you probably already have at home and even smoothie haters actually love this one - and I comoletely understand why. :)

Supergreen Thick Protein Smoothie


The ingredients:

This smoothie is a single serve recipe, so feel free to adjust according to your needs and references in terms of the portion.


  • 150g frozen banana

  • 2 medjool dates (pitted!)

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 25g vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1 spoon of almond butter

  • 230ml plant milk (I like to use soy)

  • Granola of choice for toppings

The procedure:


Step 1. Prepare a high speed blender or a hand mixer.


Step 2. Add in all measured ingredients and blend until extra smooth.
